Refund Policy
We are committed to ensuring our customers are happy with their purchase. Eligible items may be refunded or credited within 14 days of purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item cannot be more than half used and must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please contact hello@renasense.com should you wish to process a refund. Please note, original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges or duties will not be covered. Your refund will be processed once the return package is received and eligible items for return are approved by our customer service team.
Exchange Policy
Defective or damaged items are eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase.
